Just like in human beings, a healthy plant is much more resistant to disease. Proper levels of calcium, higher sucrose levels and an abundance of

collard green leaf and vigorously rubbed it as we spoke. He said that if he had used Nitrogen to get the dark, rich color and growth, the leaf
would have torn in no time. After a minute of rubbing, it still had not torn. This was attributed to the proper nutrition his crops received through
